System.Security.SecurityException: The source was not found

I try to install Window Service using command line, and I faced this message

An exception occurred during the Install phase.
System.Security.SecurityException: The source was not found, but some or all eve
nt logs could not be searched.  Inaccessible logs: Security.

After that The Rollback phase of the installation is beginning.

I use window 7, this is also a problem if you run the command prompt not in administrator account, so I try to open command prompt with adminstrator account by right clicking Run as administrator. Then the issue has been solved.
